Silicone Sheet (AKA Silicone Pad). High temperature
properties. Superior pad, gasket, die cut part, separator
material, Press Pad. Available from 30-70 Durometer Shore "A"
Hardness. Thickness from 1/32" to 1/2". Many Grades
available. Products meet many commercial, Mil-Spec, Aircraft,
FDA, UL, Flame Retardant Standards. (For

Commercial Grade -
Commercial Grade silicone sheeting is designed to be
used in applications where physical properties are not
critical but extreme temperature resistance is still
needed.

Electrically Conductive -
Electrically Conductive Grade silicone sheeting is
designed to be used in many different applications. It
is black; carbon filled silicone sheeting that will act
as a low amperage conductor and provide protection
against electrostatic discharge.

FDA Approved -
This material is low volatile, peroxide
free and does not discolor over time. Silicone is
odorless, tasteless, chemically inert and non-toxic. It
offers all FDA approved ingredients, low compression set
and fungus resistance.

Fiberglass
Reinforced -
Fiberglass reinforced press pad material is typically
used for flexible circuitry laminations.

Flame Retardant -
Flame
Retardant silicone sheeting is designed to be used in
applications where higher physical properties are
required.

Fluorosilicone -
Fluorosilicone is resistant to harsh chemicals, fuels,
oils and solvents while being able to handle extreme
temperatures.

High Strength -
Superb chemical resistance, high
temperature performance, good thermal and electrical
resistance, long-term resiliency, and easy fabrication.

High Temperature -
High
Temperature silicone sheeting is designed to be used in
applications where very extreme temperature resistance
is required for extended periods of time.

Medical Grade -
This material is low volatile, peroxide
free; platinum cured and does not discolor over time.
Silicone is odorless, tasteless, chemically inert and
non-toxic. Medical Grade silicone is able to pass
a flammability rating of UL94 HB.

Specification Grade -
Can
be used for insulating and cushioning electronic
assemblies. It is also used for gaskets, automotive
seals and hoses, shaft sealing rings, spark plug caps,
vibration and sound damping, industrial rollers, press
pads, thermal shielding, food and cosmetic services,
heat sealing and packaging, grommets etc...
