CS Hyde Company offers a variety of die cutting methods to convert materials into predefined shapes and sizes.  Our high-speed precision die cutting equipment produces simple to complex shapes out of a variety of materials.  This allows us to run small intricate components and to fill your larger bulk needs.  Materials can be kiss cut, through cut, cut into individual pieces or provided as multiple parts cut to a liner.  Our flat bed press can be utilized to cut large format and thick parts.  This is optimum for fast set up pro-types and small runs.

Common stock materials include tapes and films made with Teflon® fluoropolymers,  UHMW, Kapton®, HDPE, Acetal, ABS, Silicone Sponge, Silicone, Rubber, PEEK, Ultem®,  Urethane, Foam, VHB, Fiberglass, Foil, Metal, Kynar®, Solef®, and more. Most products do not require minimum buys.  CS Hyde Company has a large inventory of common dies. Lead-Time for initial orders is 7-10 days and 2-3 days for subsequent orders.
