Gore Expanded PTFE Fabric

GORE's expanded PTFE membranes are engineered to unique microstructures to provide an array of high-efficiency filter media. Its pores allow air to pass through while trapping particles. Expanded PTFE's unique chemical inertness and thermal stability make it suitable for filtration conditions where exposure to harsh chemicals or high temperatures exist.

Use these low-friction, high-strength fabrics for pipe, equipment, and outdoor covers, as well as for bellows, boots, and sleeves.

Woven fabric is woven from 100% high strength Expanded PTFE fibers. Resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. Low coefficient of friction and high strength. Highly resistant to flexing & folding. Unaffected by UV sunlight. Temperature -350F to +550F ; White color, thickness: .010"

Coated fabric has a fluoropolymer coating and is waterproof. It also withstands acids, alkalis, and most organic solvents. Suitable for extended outdoor use. Maximum temperature is 212° F. White color, thickness: .015"
