The Super-Duty series is a unique line of flexible, non-porous composites laminated with PTFE that combine the features of multi-layer fluoropolymer cast films with the mechanical properties of fiberglass fabrics.  These materials have crack and pinhole free surfaces that result in low permeation properties as well as low grease wicking and long-term release properties for easy cleaning.  Lamination over the fiberglass fabric reinforcement eliminates thin spots in coating that can cause premature failure.  This material is designed for thermal cycling and harsh chemical applications, including cooking and plastic processing.

The TFL Series outperforms traditional PTFE coated materials and creates extended life materials.  These materials are also suitable for direct food contact under 21 CFR 177.1550.
