Shiny on one side and flat on the other side, this silk is ideal
for backdrops, photo shoot backgrounds and trade show booths.
Black silk fabric has the dramatic contrast of black to any other
color being displayed. Black Silk can be used to cover display
tables, cover high value items until unveiled. Black silk
Charmeuse is supple, rich looking, dramatic, flexible and can
add flair to any presentation. Paired with padding, it is also
suitable for covering walls of audio/visual rooms. It's strong,
lightweight, resistant to mildew, and washable, with
approximately 8% shrinkage. This fabric is easy to transport,
inexpensive yet has the appearance of very expensive material.
It can even be used as a cover for machinery. Black silk
Charmeuse also has retail applications: It is used to make
high-end bed sheets, designer gowns, costumes, lining for exotic
boxes & storage areas & gaming tables, window treatments,
drapes, capes, even magician's supplies. Black silk Charmeuse fabric is sold by the
lineal foot (54" wide x 12" long).
Continuous lengths or short lengths are available.
