Automated High-Speed Sheeting Services

Automated Sheeting MachineOur high-speed, automated sheeting services can be used on material measuring from .001” to .03” in thickness with a minimum length and width measurement of just three inches. We can maintain tight tolerances on width and length down to (±) 1/16 of an inch. We can also sheet materials that are adhesive coated on one or both sides and non-adhesive coated. We have the ability to place Kraft paper liners between each sheet to prevent wrinkles or static cling that may occur during processing. Pre-sheeted materials save customers time and money. We sheet small prototype orders as well as large quantity orders.
