Adhesive Lamination Services

CS Hyde Company is proud of our ability to laminate high quality single or double sided adhesive products. Products laminated with adhesive are easy to apply; cost effective and less time consuming than materials requiring rivets or fasteners. Our advanced lamination technology works with a broad range of materials up to 60″ wide, and between .001″ and 1″ thick on some applications. A few substrates we regularly apply adhesives to include Teflon™ Fluoroplastic, PEEK, silicone, and PVDF. We also laminate specialty adhesives to materials to suit customer’s specific applications. We run small prototype orders as well as large quantity runs.

CS Hyde Company is a 3M^® Choice Converter, which allows us to offer our customers 3M^®’s excellent line of adhesive systems including VHB^®, LSE, High Bond, Differential adhesive and more. These can be directly laminated onto a variety of materials in stock, as well as customer supplied materials. We can provide a quick, 2-3 day turnaround on all our laminated products.
