Cut-To-Liner Die Cutting & Cut-Through Die Cutting Services
CS Hyde Company offers two die-cutting methods as part of our die cutting service; cut-to-liner and cut-through. We can custom cut most of the materials we carry including PTFE coated tapes and fabrics, Kapton®, PEEK, Silicone rubber, sponge and foam, fiberglass, PVDF, 3M transfer tapes, and many more. We can also cut customer supplied materials to tight tolerances; let us know what you have. Some of the most common die-cut shapes we produce are discs, washers, gaskets, bumpers, squares, and rectangles, with or without adhesive. Custom shapes of simple or intricate design are our specialty!
We offer short lead times of just 7-10 days, and 2-3 days on repeat orders. We have the capability to run small prototype orders as well as large runs. International shipping is available. Send us your drawing and we will respond with pricing, tolerances and lead time. Ask about our other premium capabilities such as belting, lamination, sheeting and slitting. Private labeling is available at our customer's request.
